ID sought of woman racking up charges on someone else’s card

Southwest FloridaCrime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying a woman who used a stolen credit card in Punta Gorda to rack up charges within hours of the card being stolen.  And although the crime occurred months ago, detectives think the suspect could still be targeting others.

Punta Gorda Police detectives say the victim parked her Jeep in the parking lot of 615 Cross Street, Punta Gorda, between 2 and 3 p.m. last July.

Unlocked car opens door for thief’s shopping spree

Southwest FloridaCrime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying a man caught on camera racking up fraudulent charges at a Lehigh Acres Wal-Mart, with a credit card that had been stolen from an unlocked car parked in a home’s driveway.

The victim in this case left his wallet in his car during the late evening hours of January 5th on 4th Street SW in Lehigh.
