A Fort Myers business is offering an additional $5,000 in reward money in hopes of tracking down, and convicting, the person responsible for the death of one of their most valued employees, Domingo Gutierrez-Leon.
Last Friday evening, Gutierrez-Leon was gunned down in front of his home at 563 Prospect Ave., Fort Myers, while on the phone with his wife in Guatemala. The killer managed to make a quick escape before friends found the hard working 49 year old shot. Gutierrez-Leon was transported to Lee Memorial Hospital’s Trauma Center, where he later succumbed to his fatal injuries.
